Fall 2009
We have made great progress over the last six months painting, power-washing, repairing and replacing ... and simply keeping the "engine" of our many St. Paul outreach ministries in good working order. A few of the highlights of our ongoing work are as follows.

Spring 2009
May was another busy month for the Saint Paul Building & Property Ministry in our effort to keep the St. Paul Facility functioning to meet the needs of our volumninous outreach ministries.
Here are a few highlights:
A preventive mainenance was performed on our air-conditioning system. We found that squirrels had chewed throught and removed several electrical connections & wires. To address this issue, we surrounded the chiller unit (at the top of the bell tower) with 160 square feet of metal hardware cloth to prevent squirrels from gaining access to the internal components of the chiller unit.
